In April, you should continue visiting the schools where you have applied and/or were accepted. You will need to send in your decisions by May 1st, so repeat visits to your schools of choice will help you best make your decision.
Continue studying for your AP exams and for all your classes. Remember that universities offer acceptance, scholarship and financial aid based on your final high school grades. If your grades drop too low, they may revoke your submission or financial aid.
